Welcome to the High Street Medical Practice Website

centre.jpgHigh Street Medical Practice in Winsford provides the highest quality healthcare to patients in the area. Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service. This surgery website helps us to keep our patients up- to-date with news and information about our practice.

As a practice we value your healthcare.  We are great believers in preventative medicine and place a lot of importance on monitoring your long-term conditions.  We are a smallish practice with 6000 patients and believe that with our three GPs and two practice nurses we offer a superb service. We also have our own in-house physiotherapy service - you can book appointments for this by phoning reception. As well as being a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you will use this website as a useful resource for other health-related information.

PATIENT TRIAGE LINK

We have now gone live with our new online consultation service-Patient Triage. This is a great way for you to contact our practice for non-urgent medical or admin requests. It is very simple to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us. Although the character count is limited on the form, please try to give as much specific and concise information as possible. We really think it is easier for most people than waiting on hold to speak to a receptionist but would love to hear your feedback. If you do not have access to the internet or find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone you can call reception instead.

You can access the new form from our website: https://florey.accurx.com/p/N81040
